You know, it is the weekend, the only time we have to kick back, let loose and forget about all the little annoyances of life around us. And while some of us might be able to do so with little difficulty, there are others who require a little helping hand to escape the shackles of their minds. We are of course talking about our crazy cattos, whose minds are so scattered and frenetic that it is somewhat surprising that they manage to keep it together most of the time.
But seeing as it is the weekend, we figured we would show you want it looks like when these tiny agents of terror let loose and start circling the stratosphere after getting well and truly catnipped. Not that it would be a good idea for you to do the same, but you know if you are feeling a little overwhelmed, you might benefit from partaking…
You know what would solve the problem of someone "stealing" your cat? Not letting them outside in the first place. We're sure you have your reasons for letting them outside, but there are plenty of safe ways to give them outdoor time without letting them randomly roam around the neighborhood, where all sorts of disasters can happen.
Plus, if your cat is running away and spending more time with another family with you, that is more telling than anything you could pawssibly say to us. If your cat likes our home better than yours, that sounds like a "you" problem, not an "us" problem.
And yet, Karens need things to get upset about, so they'll accuse you of stealing your cat when it comes to your house freely. Not only are the couple below "stealing" her cat, they're also holding him there against his will and forcing him to stay. Well, if that's what you have to come up with in order to justify your cat's actions, then by all means, spread that story to whoever you want, and then call the police. We can't wait to hear what they have to say to you. Go on, please tell us everything. Or, you can just scroll down below to see what happened!
Now, we have been cat aficionados long before we adopted our first feline. We have, for our entire lives, loved funny cat memes and cute cat pictures. It's part of why we so desperately wanted a cat in the first place. But we have to say that even though we knew a lot about cats before, over our time as cat owners, we have learned so, so much more. And one of the things that we learned is that orange cats… are different.
Of course, we thought we were crazy at first. There is no reason for them to be different, is there? But then we started talking to people, and to our utmost surprise, we found out that not only do people agree with us about our assessment, there is even an explanation for it online. Orange cats have one braincell. Just one. For all of them. And since there are so many orange cats, the braincell might not reach them all ever. And you know what? Somehow, this made us love them even more.
Sundays are for soft paws, warm naps, and the ultimate act of feline affection: cats cuddling each other. Few things melt hearts faster than two fluffy friends snuggled up like furry yin and yangs, purring in perfect harmony. It's the kind of sight that makes you forget your to-do list, your responsibilities, and maybe even letting your coffee getting cold because nothing beats that level of cuteness.
These cuddle puddles prove that cats, for all their sass and independence, have a seriously sweet side. They groom each other with tiny kisses, curl into matching loaves, and drift into synchronized snooze mode as if recharging their shared supply of adorableness. It's teamwork, tenderness, and top-tier fluff all rolled into one.
While hoomans spend Sundays worrying about Monday, cats have the right idea. A soft blanket, a trusted friend, and a nap that could win awards. Watching two cats curled up together is pure therapy for the soul. No stress, no drama, just purrfection.
Black cats are the original spooky season icons. They're known as witches' familiars, omens of both good and bad luck (only the good luck one is true, though), and more than any other color of cat, they're the best at surprising you by being able to blend in to any environment during nighttime - making their sudden appearances pawsitively scary! And, we can't furget the fact that they look absolutely awwdorable dressed up as beautiful bats or whiskery wizards. We can't say we're true internet-savvy feline fanatics without sharing at list one post full of spooky black cats, so here is the first of many.
But this isn't just any old article of black cats being the purrfect meowscots for Halloween - these cats are really channeling their inner hairy Halloween havoc. They've impurrsonated some of Halloween's most famous villains: Dracula, Freddy Krueger, and even those creepy twins from The Shining. If you're in the mewd for a little bit of fright mixed with the purrfectly cute demeanor of black cats, you're in the right place. Even if you're not, you can't get through October without seeing these kitties. Whether you like it or not, spooky season is here, and if you don't come to it, it will come to you.
There are meowments in our lives when we feel like something is missing. It's hard to say what exactly, but as we are sitting in the office, thinking about how much we would like to go home already, bummed out and tired even though nothing bad happened and we had a full night's sleep, we know that something is missing. And well, we are here to tell you exactly what it is. For cat people like us, the one thing that is missing from our lives on days like that… is obviously funny cat memes.
Really, a couple hilarious cat memes are the solution to the problem. Suddenly, your dark mood will be uplifted, your energy levels will rise as your smile grows, and things will look just a little bit brighter. Just because you scrolled through a few silly cat memes behind your boss's back at work. If you don't believe us, go ahead and scroll. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.
Cats have long been accused of ignoring the laws of physics. But they're not defying gravity. They're just testing it. Repeatedly. With scientific dedication and a hint of mischief. Whether it's a glass, a pen, or your favorite houseplant, cats everywhere are determined to prove that "what goes up must come down"… preferably with a dramatic crash and a look that says, "You saw nothing."
These tiny, furry physicists conduct their experiments with absolute focus. How far can a phone fall before it cracks? How fast can a sandwich hit the floor? And the ultimate question. Will gravity ever take a day off? Spoiler alert: still works every time. But you have to respect their commitment to the cause.
No scientific process would be complete without peer review, of course. In cat terms, that means knocking the same object off twice while maintaining unbroken eye contact. The findings? Consistently chaotic, undeniably funny, and always purr-reviewed for accuracy. Science has never been so adorable… or so destructive.
Roommates can really make or break your home life. I've had my fair share of roommate experiences. When you live with your best friends, life at home can be a paradise. Coming home to hang out together, have a built in support system, cook together, watch movies, and you never even have to make actual social plans. Or you can live with people you have who make you so uncomfortable. Coming home and feeling like you have to run to your room is a horrible feeling. In the story here, the protagonist has a roommate that causes tension due to her cat.
This cat owner has had her kitty for 11 years and raised her from a kitten. In one or two months of living with her older roommate, the woman is calling herself a "cat parent" and even locking her cat in her room every night. The owner goes to the internet for advice, and she gets some tough love.
To: “frank” <frank@postsecret.com> Sent: Monday, September 22, 2025 Subject: Thank You
Hi Frank,
I saw this secret when I was in high school, and it changed my life. I want to thank you and the person who posted it.
I didn’t even know I was a lesbian back then, but right when I saw this, I knew it was the type of love I wanted: unconditional and childlike, someone I could tell anything to and never have to be afraid they’d leave. At the time, I was going through a friendship breakup with a girl I loved more than I thought I should. I’d look at this secret when I was lonely and tell myself that there was someone out there who would feel this way about me.
It stuck with me, and years later, during the 2020 lockdown, I started writing their story, at least what I imagined it to be. I wrote about childhood best friends who had this type of love, and when it turned romantic, it didn’t destroy them like it did for me. They were able to build a new, stronger type of love on top of what they already had.
After many revisions and rejections, last year, I got on a call with an editor at Penguin Random House, and she told me they wanted to publish the book. It will be out in April 2026.
And the best part is that I have finally found a love that feels like that secret. We’re getting married on June 20th.
Thank you, Frank, and the poster of this secret, for reminding me of the kind of love that’s out there. I am so glad I didn’t settle for anything less.
Love, Rebecca
P.S. At first, I imagined the girl whispering the words written on the postcard.
When I started coming out to people in college, I thought she might be telling a similar secret to mine, one she worried would change things between them, and the listening girl was urging her not to be afraid.
Now, I’m back to the more literal interpretation. I think asking someone to be completely honest with you and promising to never be disappointed in them is terrifying! We’re people, and we’re going to hurt each other, so to me, loving someone like I love Allie, and like my characters love each other, is a risk worthy of being the big secret. And the way the listening girl is smiling says it all!
There are so many stray animals that it can become a burden to even think about caring for them. As altruistic as someone may be, they can never save all the stray animals, or solve world hunger, or cure cancer. We may have the best intentions, but it's not always simple to navigate those feelings. In this story, the protagonist was out on a run the day after his birthday, when he suddenly hears meowing from the sewer below. He looks in to see an innocent and scared little cat. He takes the poor thing home, and immediately feeds him and takes him to the vet. Though he's skinny and possibly malnourished, he now has a cat in his life.
It's almost like the cat chose him, or that it was fate that brought them together. It's not everyday that you find a stray cat and get to take him home.
Cat rescues are hardly ever straightforward. They usually contain several severe twists and turns, so much so that your head usually ends up feeling as though it is spinning at a thousand revolutions per second. However, the story we have for you today, thankfully, is an example of the exact opposite of that, well other than the cattos backstory which is more complicated and convoluted than the Minotaur's maze. For it was not clear to the rescuers if this cute catto had been missing for months or years, and not was it clear where this catto had gone missing from.
But his recovery story and integration into his furever home is thankfully one of the sweetest and simplest stories we have had the good fortune of getting to tell. Even if it did require several trips to the vet and a surgery. So settle in and get ready for the wonderfully happy ending that this catto and so many other cat children deserve to their rescue stories.
Black cats have a bad reputation and a good sense of humor. Like a goth kid realizing who they really are for the first time, black cats are the una-void-ably cute, dark-souled, bearers of the night in the cat world. Spawning from the shadows like a golden-eyed feline spirit, black cats never cease to surprise their hoomans. You thought you were alone in the kitchen? No way, the little fur critter, camouflaged in the darkness like Nosferatu, absolutely senses us coming, planning their ambush with mischievous intent and a snarky meow in whispers.
Ancient cultures saw black cats as a bad omen, but truthfully, they were just flabbergasted by their mysterious comings and goings, labeling them with bad juju before they could return the favor with impish whimsy. Cats were born to play tricks on us humans, and it's our responsibility to reward that instinct with treats. So crack open that can of wet food and find your nearest feline (if you dare), and if you're lucky, that black cat will become your good luck charm.
As both self-proclaimed cat and meme expurrts, we go through a lot of cat memes every week. We see hundreds, nay, thousands, nay, millions of feline funnies every week. Okay, that might have been a bit of an exaggeration, but the sentiment remains (silly) the same - we see more cat memes in a week than you do in a year. But that's our job. We're like the purrfessional thrift shoppers of cat memes, searching through the endless bins of junk on the internet to find you the best, the silliest, and the funniest felines to be delivered straight to your phone. No need for applause, a good deed is its own reward.
That's why we take time every Caturday, the holiest of days for cat lovers, to present you with our furvorite cat memes of the week. These hissterical house cats passed the silliness test and are purrfect for scrolling through on this day devoted to kitties and those who love them. It's the purrfect way to start off your Caturday with a smile and all the fluff you need to keep your day pawsitively feline.
Life is full of mysteries, isn't it, fam? Like black holes, where our missing socks go (probably into the black holes, honestly), and the Cat Distribution System. Just like we don't even try to question the nature of black holes, we similarly don't question the nature of the CDS - we just know it exists, know it works, and are purrfectly pleased when it turns out in our favor (or someone else's). We know it brings joy to those it blesses with its offerings, and to all of us cat lovers, it brings us happiness to hear of kitties finding their hooman purrtners.
After losing his 24-year-old cat, this loving cat dad proudly pronounced to his niece, "If I were to have another cat, I'd get an orange cat". Well, ask and you shall receive! That very same day, a small, clementine-colored kitten appeared on his doorstep. Purrhaps it was a twist of feline fate, a cute coincidence, or the mysterious work of the CDS bringing these two souls in need together. No matter why it happened, we're purrfectly happy that it did.
Now, do you think there's a similar system for people who need money? If we were to find some money, we would love to find one million dollars. What are the chances that we find that on our doorstep when we arrive home today?
Happy Caturday, people! Finally, we have managed to make it here. The workweek is behind us, and all that we want to do right meow is chill. Like- literally, we want to do nothing. We just want this weekend to be as calm as it can possibly be, with no drama and only pawsitivity and good vibes. Now, that feels like a lot to ask for nowadays, but that doesn't mean that we cannot try. So we are going to. We're going to make sure that this weekend start off on the right paw by kicking it off with this week's Caturday meowgazine.
In this weekly recap mewogazine, we bring you the best of the best that cat internet had to offer this week. Here, we have the best cat memes of the week, the most viral cat tweets that no one could stop talking about, and of course, the most heartwarming, silly and wholesome cat stories that hit the internet this week. Get ready for that wholesomeness, friends, because you're about to get a pawsome dose of it.
